Friedrick MI8YF - 18000 BTU single zone mini - split cooling unit. Because the cool air comes out the bottom, the unit is mounted almost 20' above the main floor.

To make the unit sit level and to put more air out to the middle of the dome room, a wood box was built. It will be trimmed later.

This is the mounting plate attached to the wood box.

The factory "line-sets" are run within the 18" super-wal dome shell in between layers of insulation.
