Pricing note, May 2008:

In 2004, plywood and dimensional lumber took an historically dramatic increase. In early 2005, steel prices were among the highest commodity increases. During the last half of 2005, gasoline, diesel fuel, natural gas and fuel oil saw large price increases. Then along came the Spring of 2007 and 2008. The price jump for our energy fuels affected all segments of our purchasing markets. Fuel surcharges to our raw material suppliers of 25% to 68% resulted in cost increases to us of 3% to 12%, sometimes per quarter. Aluminum prices increased dramatically. All this is to say that our prices change frequently.
